Required Skills:
Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the State of Nebraska
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued through the American Heart Association
Strong foundational knowledge of speech therapy evaluation and treatment techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working in both outpatient and inpatient settings
Familiarity with adult patient care pathways
Additional certifications in relevant therapy techniques
Experience with home health care services
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Prior experience working as an SLP, preferably in hospital or adult care environments
Licensure in good standing in Nebraska
Other Requirements:
Must already be licensed in Nebraska (preferred)
Willingness to work 36-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Ability to start as soon as possible
Willingness to participate in occasional home health care services if required
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $56.95, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a robust referral bonus program.
