Join Our Team as a SICU Registered Nurse – Make a Critical Impact!
Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for caring for high-acuity surgical patients? We are seeking a skilled SICU Nurse to provide exceptional critical care in a dynamic environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced technologies and diverse patient populations, including transplant recovery and complex post-op cases. What You Bring to the Table:
Strong clinical skills in surgical ICU recovery and post-operative care.
Proven experience with epic electronic health records.
Ability to care for post-op CABG, valve replacement, aortic dissection, and transplant patients.
Experience with PA catheters, balloon pumps, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).
Certification in ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale.
Capacity to work the night shift for 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts (19:15 - 07:15).
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience working with PA catheters and balloon pumps.
Experience in CVICU settings.
Flexibility to float to other ICUs and Step-Down Units as needed.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
Valid RN licensure.
Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, preferably with high-acuity surgical patients.
Epic EHR proficiency required.
Other Requirements:
Ability to participate in emergency response teams and remain onsite during critical events.
Willingness to adhere to facility policies regarding emergency assignments.
Travel reimbursements, licensure, certification, and related expenses covered where applicable.
This position offers an hourly rate of $53.60, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonus program, and ongoing support from our dedicated team. Additional benefits include paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws and reimbursements for licensure, certifications, and travel expenses.
