SICU Registered Nurse – Columbus, Ohio

  • Experience: 2+ years in ICU settings (Surgical ICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, Transplant ICU preferred)

What You’ll Do
  • Provide expert critical care to ICU patients using established protocols
  • Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Utilize electronic medical records (Epic) and medication systems (Pyxis, Accudose, Omnicell)
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members using SBAR
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with floating requirements as needed
  • Document all patient interactions and care activities thoroughly


What You Need
  • Ohio RN license
  • 2+ years recent ICU experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility for floating and call requirements
