Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Licensure/Certifications: Ohio license required; BLS and ACLS certifications required
Experience: 2+ years in ICU settings (Surgical ICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, Transplant ICU preferred)
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $59.18

What You’ll Do
Provide expert critical care to ICU patients using established protocols
Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Utilize electronic medical records (Epic) and medication systems (Pyxis, Accudose, Omnicell)
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members using SBAR
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with floating requirements as needed
Document all patient interactions and care activities thoroughly
What You Need
Ohio RN license
2+ years recent ICU experience
BLS and ACLS certifications
Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility for floating and call requirements
