Experience: 2+ years ICU experience in Surgical, Trauma, Burn, or Transplant ICU preferred

Hourly Pay: $59.18/hour

What You’ll Do:
Provide specialized ICU nursing care to critically ill patients
Monitor patient vitals and manage complex medical equipment
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Communicate effectively with healthcare team using SBAR
Document patient care accurately in Epic and medication systems like Pyxis/Accudose/Omnicell
Participate in patient care planning and safety initiatives
Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and procedures
What You Need:
Valid Ohio Registered Nurse license
Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience (Surgical, Trauma, Burn, Transplant ICU preferred)
BLS and ACLS certifications
Ability to float, work call shifts, and follow documentation protocols
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
