We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our critical access hospital team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional respiratory care to patients in a fast-paced environment, supporting our mission to deliver outstanding healthcare close to home. Required Skills:
Proficiency in invasive and noninvasive ventilation techniques
Accurate ABG collection and interpretation
Expertise in oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and pulmonary hygiene
Strong ECG knowledge and skills
Experience with electronic medical records, specifically CPSI
Ability to work effectively in a busy emergency department and inpatient units
Nice to Have Skills:
Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
Additional clinical skills or certifications in advanced respiratory therapy practices
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy
Prior experience working in emergency departments or critical access hospitals is preferred
Familiarity with EMR systems and pulmonary care protocols
Other Requirements:
Availability for a weekend schedule (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Valid licensure and certification in respiratory therapy
Ability to work a 12-hour shift from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate between $30 and $42, based on experience.
