Duration: Ongoing, with potential for extension or permanent placement
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Hours/Week: 40 hours

Licenses/Certs: Active Respiratory Therapist (RRT, CRT, RC) or RN license required
Experience: 1+ year of clinical experience preferred, healthcare or homecare experience a plus
Pay & Benefits:
Pay package discussed upon application, with hourly rate of $35.00 and per diem where applicable
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 after 60 days and $2,000 after 180 days of employment

What You’ll Do:
Conduct comprehensive in-home respiratory assessments and equipment evaluations
Educate patients and families on equipment use, safety, and maintenance
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Manage respiratory devices including BiPAP, NIV, invasive ventilators, and oxygen therapy
Provide support for patients with complex respiratory needs, including invasive and non-invasive ventilation
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including PPE and OSHA protocols
Participate in on-call coverage for after-hours patient support as needed
What You Need:
Active Respiratory Therapist (RRT, CRT, RC) or RN license
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or GED
Prior experience in home healthcare or respiratory therapy preferred
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with patients and teams
Reliable transportation for local travel
