Pay & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $35.00–$38.00 + per diem (if applicable)
Pay package discussed upon application
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 after 60 days & $2,000 after 180 days
Weekly pay via direct deposit

What You’ll Do
Conduct in-home respiratory assessments for patients
Educate patients and families on equipment use and safety protocols
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and implement care plans
Monitor equipment function and adjust therapy as needed
Assist in patient care documentation and reporting
Travel within Northern Arizona, with potential for up to 3-hour commutes
Ensure compliance with OSHA and PPE protocols
What You Need
Required:
Active licensure as RRT/CRT or RN in Arizona
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Ability to lift and handle patient equipment (minimum 65 lbs)
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred:
Experience in home respiratory care or healthcare setting
Completion of accredited respiratory or nursing programs
1+ year relevant clinical experience
Leadership or mentoring experience
