Join Our Team as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse – Home Care

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments of patients requiring respiratory support.
Educate patients and their families on the proper use, maintenance, and safety protocols for respiratory equipment.
Collaborate closely with physicians, care teams, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor and troubleshoot respiratory equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and care provided.
Provide emergency support during on-call periods for pediatric and critical equipment discharges.
Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and OSHA protocols.
Qualifications:
Active licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) in Arizona.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift and transport patient equipment weighing at least 65 lbs.
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Willingness to obtain licensure in neighboring states within 30 days.
Preferred Experience and Education:
Degree in respiratory therapy, nursing, or a related health science field.
At least one year of clinical experience in respiratory care, home healthcare, or relevant settings.
Prior experience with home respiratory equipment or in a caregiving role.
Leadership or mentoring experience in clinical environments.
Additional Requirements:
Successful background investigation and drug screening.
Commitment to OSHA safety standards, including mask fit testing and PPE protocols.
Reliable employment history demonstrating stability and dedication.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage ranging from $62,400 to $79,040 annually, based on experience.
Sign-on bonuses of $2,000 after 60 days and $2,000 after 180 days of continuous employment.
Weekly direct deposit payroll.
