Pay & Benefits
Pay rate: $30 to $38 per hour, based on experience
Bonus: $4,000 sign-on/$2,000 at 60 days/$2,000 at 180 days

Pay package discussed upon application. What You’ll Do
Provide in-home respiratory assessments and therapy services to patients in Mountain Home and surrounding areas across Arkansas and Missouri
Set up, troubleshoot, and monitor oxygen and ventilator equipment as prescribed by physicians
Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory devices and therapy protocols
Perform VA oxygen setups and related respiratory procedures
Contribute to patient care planning and document treatments using electronic health systems
Support after-hours patient needs through on-call responsibilities
Assist in the onboarding and training of new clinical team members
What You Need
Active Respiratory Therapist (RT) license (RRT or CRT) valid in Arkansas or Missouri; willing to obtain neighboring state license within 30 days
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Minimum 1 year of clinical respiratory experience preferred
Strong patient communication and education skills
Ability to work independently and travel throughout the territory
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems
Preferred
Home healthcare or DME experience
Degree in respiratory therapy or related field
About the Assignment
This full-time role offers the chance to work independently providing vital respiratory services directly in patients’ homes. It covers a region that includes both Arkansas and Missouri, supporting the community with quality, personalized care. The position requires local residency within 25 miles of Mountain Home, AR. You will be the primary respiratory clinician for this area, playing a key role in ongoing patient support and VA patient services.
