Licenses/Certifications: Active RRT or RN license (Massachusetts preferred)
Experience: Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience required
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 / hour
Benefits include:

Sign-on bonus of $2,000 (after 60 days) and additional $2,000 (after 180 days)

What You’ll Do
Manage ventilation therapy for pediatric and ALS patients
Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and equipment setups
Monitor and adjust advanced respiratory equipment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on ventilation management
Maintain accurate documentation of care plans and interventions
Provide on-call consultation support as needed
What You Need
Required:
Valid RRT or RN license (Massachusetts or eligible for licensing in MA)
Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience
Proficiency with respiratory equipment and download software
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills
Availability to work Monday–Friday, with scheduled on-call weeks
Preferred:
Experience with Care Orchestrator, Astral software
Previous home respiratory care experience
Additional technical expertise in respiratory equipment
