Start Date: Flexible, as per candidate availability
Shift: Flexible, 15-25 hours/week, Business hours 9am-5pm

Licenses/Certifications: Active RRT, CRT, or RN license in NM
Experience: Previous respiratory or home healthcare experience preferred but not required
Pay & Benefits
Pay rate: $5.00 - $100.00 per service setup (based on service provided)
Mileage reimbursement
Sign-On Bonus: $500 after initial training and first 10 patients or 10 hours; additional $1,000 after 50 patients or 100 hours

What You’ll Do
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and equipment education
Set up and monitor respiratory and ventilator equipment
Perform equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
Communicate findings clearly with physicians and care teams
Educate patients and families on device usage and compliance
Support on-call services for NIV patients as needed
Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and services
What You Need
Required:
Active RRT, CRT, or RN licensure in New Mexico
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
High school diploma or GED
Strong clinical assessment skills
Effective communication and ability to work independently
Preferred:
Completion of accredited respiratory care training program
Home respiratory care experience
Degree in respiratory therapy or related science
Previous related work experience
