Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay:$32–$36/hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus:$4,000 ($2,000 after 60 days and $2,000 after 180 days)

What You’ll Do
Conduct in-home respiratory patient assessments and evaluate needs after discharge.
Provide clinical education to patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and safe use.
Adjust ventilator settings according to physician orders.
Troubleshoot respiratory devices to ensure proper function and patient safety.
Support ongoing care with follow-ups (including phone-based support).
Maintain accurate documentation/records for each patient visit.
What You Need
Required
Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
BLS certification
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness to travel within the assigned service area
Ability to comply with respiratory protection and N95 mask fit testing policies
Preferred
Home respiratory care or home healthcare experience
Completion of an accredited respiratory care program
Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience
Experience with ventilator/oxygen therapy and/or related home respiratory equipment
Willingness to obtain licensure in neighboring states if needed
