Join Our Team as an RRT Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialist

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • Valid NBRC (RRT) credentials and IN state license are mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with at least 18 months in an ICU setting within the last 18 months.
  • Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, RRT.
  • Ability to float between Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan facilities.
  • Prescreening confirmation that you are comfortable with working every weekend, including Saturday, Sunday, and two rotating weekdays.
  • Internal prescreening question: Written confirmation of comfort and awareness regarding weekend requirements.

Additional Skills That Are a Plus:
  • Prior experience in neuro diagnostics.
  • Familiarity with multiple hospital environments.
  • Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills.
  • Additional certifications or specialized training relevant to neuro or respiratory care.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy recognized by CoARC and regionally accredited through CHEA.
  • At least 18 months of recent ICU experience.

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work a night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30, totaling 12 hours per shift.
  • Ability to float between multiple hospital facilities.
  • This role mandates working every weekend, including Saturday and Sunday, with two rotating weekdays.
  • Effective 11/30/24, IN RNs are generally not permitted to work at IU Health facilities, except for perioperative, OR, and certain allied health professionals. RRTs and other applicable travelers are exempt from this restriction.

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $50.69, competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws, and travel and licensure reimbursements as applicable.
