Join Our Team as an RRT Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialist
Are you a dedicated Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics professional seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in patient care? We are seeking a skilled and motivated RRT to join our dynamic team, providing critical respiratory and neuro diagnostic services that directly impact patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced respiratory and neuro diagnostics in a high-acuity ICU setting
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient-centered care
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to institutional protocols
Float between multiple facilities including Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan, providing flexible support as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Current NBRC (RRT) certification and Indiana licensure required
Minimum of 18 months recent ICU experience, with at least 18 months at a recent ICU setting
Proficiency in ACLS, BCLS, and RRT certifications
Ability to work every other weekend, including Saturday and Sunday shifts plus rotating weekdays
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with neuro diagnostics or related specialties
Prior experience floating between multiple healthcare facilities
Additional certifications related to respiratory or neuro diagnostics
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduation from an accredited program through CoARC and regionally recognized by CHEA
Prior ICU experience with a proven track record of competent clinical skills
Other Requirements:
Confirmation of comfort and awareness regarding the every-other-weekend schedule prior to submission
Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30
Valid and current certifications (ACLS, BCLS, RRT)
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different facility protocols
Paid sick time, travel and licensure reimbursement, and comprehensive medical benefits
Hourly pay rate of $50.69
