We are seeking a dedicated RRT-NICU Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics professional to provide vital support in a dynamic healthcare environment. Required Skills:
Valid Indiana State License
NBRC RRT Certification
BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory; PALS preferred
NRP certification required for specific placements (may be obtained after offer)
Minimum of 2 years NICU or PICU experience within the last 3 years
L&D experience is essential, with primary assignments in L&D
Children's Hospital experience is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of respiratory and neuro diagnostics in pediatric populations
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, 3x12s or 4x12s D/N
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle float assignments across PICU and Pediatric Acute Care units
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Level 1 adult facilities
Knowledge of PALS
Previous experience working with pediatric neuro and respiratory diagnostics
Ability to adapt to changing unit needs and float across departments
Preferred Education and Experience:
Accreditation from CoARC and regional accreditation by CHEA
At least 2 years of recent pediatric ICU or NICU experience
Prior experience working in Children's Hospitals or similar pediatric settings
Other Requirements:
Confirmed comfort and awareness of every other weekend work requirement
Ability to provide written confirmation of understanding of schedule commitments
Shift availability for night 4x12-hour shifts (19:00 – 07:00)
Willingness to travel as applicable; travel reimbursements provided
No restrictions for travelers applying for the first time
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly pay rate of $62.34
