We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Respiratory Therapists to provide exceptional patient care in our Pediatric Intensive Care Units. Required Skills:
Active Indiana State License in Respiratory Therapy in hand
Experience in adult level 1 trauma or acute care hospitals
Flexibility to float between PICU and peds units, including some Peds Acute Care responsibilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduated from an accredited respiratory therapy program (CoARC regionally accredited by CHEA)
At least 2 years' recent NICU or PICU experience in a children's hospital setting
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work every other weekend and night shifts
Pre-employment confirmation of comfort with weekend schedule
Requisite certifications, licenses, and documentation must be submitted upon application
Travel reimbursements and licensure/certification expenses covered where applicable
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $62.34
