Join Our Team as an RRT-NICU Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialist
Are you a dedicated respiratory therapist with specialization in NICU and neuro diagnostics? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, specialized environment. What You’ll Need:
• Valid Indiana State License in Respiratory Therapy (RRT) with NBRC certification.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required; PALS preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ NICU experience within a children’s hospital setting in the last 3 years.
• Proven expertise in L&D and NICU units; experience in PICU or Peds acute care is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of neuro diagnostics equipment and respiratory management.
• Ability to work effectively in a floating capacity across PICU and Peds units as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
• Additional certifications in pediatric neuro diagnostics.
• Experience in adult level 1 trauma or ICU environments.
• Bilingual abilities.
Preferred Education and Experience:
• Accredited Respiratory Therapy program recognized by CoARC and CHEA.
• At least 2 years of recent NICU experience, preferably in a children’s hospital.
Other Requirements:
• Must provide written confirmation of comfort and awareness of weekend shift requirements before submission.
• Shift: 3x12-hour night shifts (19:00 – 07:00), starting 04/20/2026.
• Must hold current certifications and licensure in hand for submission.
• Flexibility to float to PICU and Peds acute care units as needed.
• Ability to work at least through the deadline of 11/30/24, with some exceptions for specific roles.
• Travel reimbursements and licensure/certification expenses covered when applicable.
