Join Our Team as RRT-NICU Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics - Make a Vital Difference in Patient Care
Are you a dedicated respiratory therapist with specialized expertise in neonatal and neuro diagnostics? We are seeking a highly skilled RRT to provide exceptional care in our NICU setting. Required Skills:
Valid Indiana State License and current NBRC RRT certification
Minimum of 2 years NICU experience within a children's hospital setting (preferred recent experience within the last 3 years)
Proficiency in neonatal respiratory care and neuro diagnostics
Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP (required for certain units), PALS preferred
Experience working in Level 1 pediatric or adult facilities
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience with L&D units and associated certifications
Knowledge of ICU procedures and neuro diagnostic protocols
Ability to float between PICU and Peds Acute Care units
Evidence of adaptability in fast-paced environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
Accreditation for education: CoARC and CHEA regionally accredited programs
Minimum 2 years of NICU experience, preferably in children's hospital NICUs
Recent experience in an ICU setting (NICU or PICU)
Other Requirements:
Must provide written confirmation of comfort and awareness of every-other-weekend shift requirement prior to submission
Shifts: 3x12-hour nights (19:00 - 07:00), every other weekend
Floating between PICU and Peds Acute Care is required as needed
Reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and other eligible expenses
Must be prepared to work in an environment with evolving patient needs and unit assignments
This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $62.34, with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick leave, referral bonuses, and dedicated support from our team.
