Join Our Team as an RRT-NICU Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated RRT-NICU professional to provide exceptional respiratory and neuro diagnostic services in a dynamic NICU environment. Required Skills:
Valid Indiana State License
Certified Respiratory Therapist (NBRC RRT)
BLS and ACLS certifications
NRP certification (required for NICU roles; obtainable after hire if not already held)
PALS preferred
Minimum of 2 years NICU/PICU experience, with recent Children's Hospital exposure within the past 3 years
Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience
Experience in labor and delivery units is essential, with flexibility to work in NICU or PICU settings
Proficiency in neuro diagnostic testing and respiratory interventions tailored for neonatal and pediatric patients
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with adult level 1 facilities
Advanced certifications or specialized training in neonatal or pediatric critical care
Ability to float between PICU and Peds Acute Care units
Prior experience working in a regional or accredited NICU/PICU environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduation from a CoARC-accredited program
Regionally accredited educational background
At least 2 years of recent pediatric or neonatal ICU experience, preferably at a children's hospital
Other Requirements:
Every other weekend availability; written confirmation from the traveler is required prior to submission
Shift: Night shift (3x12-hour shifts, 19:00 - 07:00)
Must have all licensure and certifications in hand at time of application
Willingness to work in NICU or PICU with floating responsibilities to Peds Acute Care as needed
Compliance with state and federal travel and licensure reimbursement policies
