**Registered Respiratory Therapist** Join our dedicated team as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by providing expert home ventilator management and respiratory care. This full-time, in-home role offers the opportunity to work independently within a supportive environment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes across North Texas and Southern Oklahoma. In this critical position, you will perform initial ventilator setups, educate patients and caregivers, conduct follow-up visits, and collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality respiratory care. Your clinical judgment and communication skills will be essential in managing a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on home ventilator support with minimal BiPAP volume and no CPAP. **Required Skills:** - Active Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT) - Licensed in Texas and eligible for Oklahoma - Minimum of 1 year of respiratory experience - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills - Ability to work independently in a field setting **Nice to Have Skills:** - Home ventilator experience - DME or home care experience **Preferred Education and Experience:** - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field - Prior experience with home ventilator management preferred but not mandatory **Other Requirements:** - Willingness to participate in on-call rotation (initially every other week) - Flexibility to travel within a 150-mile radius - Ability to perform hospital, office, and in-home setups and follow-ups **Compensation:** - Hourly rate: $40 per hour - Overtime available - PRN roles are not eligible for benefits This is your chance to join a growing organization committed to excellence in respiratory care.
