Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Full-Time
Shift: Day Shift, 36 hours/week with potential OT, alternating weekends
Perform routine and advanced respiratory care, including bedside medication verification and critical care procedures.
Work independently in critical care areas after clinical check-offs.
Assess patient needs and develop appropriate therapy plans following active protocols.
Mentor students and new staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
Adapt to various hospital units and therapies as qualified.
Contribute to patient safety and positive care outcomes.
What You Need:
Required:
Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care
Kansas RT license and NBRC CRT/RRT credential
BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP certifications
Basic computer knowledge
Preferred:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Respiratory Care or related field
Additional respiratory therapy education or experience
6+ months of critical care experience
Clinical instruction experience
