Pay Rate: $46.90/hour

What You’ll Do
Provide patient-centered care on a busy MedSurg/Telemetry unit
Monitor and respond to patient conditions, including cardiac rhythms
Manage wound care, drains, and pain management
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including hospitalists, RT, PT, OT, and others
Support patient safety and compliance standards
Float across Med/Surg units as needed
Complete appropriate documentation in Meditech Expanse EMR system
What You Need
Required
Active RN license in Louisiana or eligible to practice in Louisiana
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in acute care
Ability to pass an EKG competency exam
Strong wound management skills and experience with complex patient care
Preferred
Experience with Telemetry and Post-Operative Care
Ability to adapt quickly to unit workflows
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
