Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $50.25

What You’ll Do
Provide top-tier nursing care in the ICU/SICU specialty, managing respiratory failure, stroke, sepsis, renal failure, and surgical patients
Administer and monitor ventilator support, assist with intubations/extubations, and manage CVL placements
Perform tube feedings via NGT or PEG, Foley catheter management, and medication administration using EMR systems
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including RT, OT, PT, and hospitalist staff
Adhere to patient care standards and protocols, ensuring safety and comfort
Float between units such as step-down, stroke unit, and med-surg as needed, with orientation support provided
Follow hospital policies regarding professional conduct, safety, and patient privacy
What You Need
Valid RN license in Louisiana or the ability to obtain one quickly
Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in acute care settings
Key attributes: Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, professionalism, and effective communication
