Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse - Telemetry and Make a Difference in Patient Care

We are looking for energetic and compassionate Telemetry RNs to provide exceptional care in a newly established Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit. Required Skills:
Valid RN license
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience, with recent Med/Surg/Telemetry background
Ability to pass an EKG competency exam
Proficiency in wound management, JP drains, wound vacs, Hemodialysis Catheter care, PCA, and pain management
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to float across various Med/Surg units as needed
Familiarity with IV pumps (Alaris), medication dispensing (Pyxis), and support procedures (phlebotomy, CVL/PICC/Midline insertion)
Past experience in a teaching hospital environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
State licensure as a Registered Nurse
At least 2 years of recent, relevant acute care experience in a fast-paced setting
Experience working with diverse patient populations, including post-op and medical overflow patients
Other Requirements:
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Ability to work a 4-day week with scheduled weekends and holidays, including every other weekend rotation
Willingness to work up to 7 days of approved time off, with a mandatory 1-week extension per full week off
No on-call duties; regular schedule with flexible days
Scrub color: Pewter; T-shirts: gray, white, or black with WK monogram; Jackets: gray or black
Must wear badges above the waist at all times
