Seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse for our Cath Lab team! Join us in delivering exceptional cardiovascular care in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art environment. Required Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of RN experience, with at least 1.5 years in a Cath Lab setting within the last year
Ability to perform multiple roles: circulating, scrubbing, and hemodynamic monitoring
Proficiency in managing complex cases such as coronary artery disease, STEMI, cardiogenic shock, TAVR, MitraClip, and peripheral interventions
Experience with vasoactive drug administration, sedation, and critical patient assessment
Strong sterile technique and air management skills
Ability to operate advanced equipment including Impella, Rotoblater, IABP, laser atherectomy
Valid Driver’s License and current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Neuro interventions
Knowledge of EMR systems, specifically Meditech Expanse
Familiarity with operating ancillary devices like IVUS, EKOS, FFR, Laser
Preferred Education and Experience:
Registered Nurse licensed with a valid state license
Previous experience supporting high acuity cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures
Experience working with advanced imaging systems and complex interventional equipment
Other Requirements:
Willingness to float between Willis Knighton Pierremont and Bossier, including WKMC North for more complex cases
Flexible schedule with rotating call, overnight shifts, and weekend rotation totaling approximately every third weekend
Orientation includes 1 week at the Innovation Center plus up to 1 week precepting
Scrub color: Galaxy blue; parking is free
Travel, licensure, certification, and other reimbursements as applicable
