Required Skills:
Valid RN license in Texas or a compact license
BLS certification issued by AHA
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a surgical nursing setting or closely related specialty
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
Excellent communication and documentation capabilities
Knowledge of the nursing process adhering to ANA standards
Nice to Have Skills:
Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or perioperative specialties
Prior travel nursing experience
Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
At least 1 year of specialized nursing experience in a surgical environment
Demonstrated competency in handling complex clinical situations and emergencies

Start date: 01/26/2026
Work Schedule: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, shift length of 8 hours
Weekly pay via direct deposit
Hourly pay rate of $53.60
Must be willing to travel to various locations as needed
Possession of required licensure, certifications, and compliance with state, federal, and local laws
