We are seeking experienced and dedicated Hemodialysis Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced outpatient dialysis clinic. Required Skills:
Valid RN license in the state of Texas
Minimum of 2 years of dialysis experience
Proficient in patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning
Strong understanding of foot checks and dialysis-specific protocols
BLS and CPR certified
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Braun dialog dialysis machines
Familiarity with CKG-TIME EMR system
Previous outpatient dialysis clinic experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Active RN license in Texas
At least 2 years of dialysis experience in a clinical setting
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work 36 hours per week on scheduled shifts (typically 12 hours), between 5:00 am – 5:30 pm or 7:00 am – 7:30 pm, based on census
Participation in a mandatory monthly staff meeting
No weekend or holiday shifts unless on a holiday that falls on MWF
Knowledge of staff vaccination status is appreciated but not mandated
Ability to work in a 15-station unit with a staffing ratio of about 7-10 patients per nurse
