What You’ll Bring:
Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Critical Care/Intensive Care Units
Proficiency with CRRT, Bipaps, lab draws, Chest Tubes, PICC lines, and managing own codes
Valid KS RN License or Compact RN License with BLS, ACLS, and NIHF
Ability to float across ICU, Med/Surg, Telemetry, and ED units with prior experience
Strong communication, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
Comfort with independent consults and emergency codes
Additional Skills That Will Set You Apart:
Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system
Previous exposure to weekend and holiday shifts
Flexibility to work with minimal RTO during significant events (such as the World Cup)
Knowledge of critical care protocols and equipment
Preferred Education & Experience:
Active Kansas RN licensure or compact license
At least 2 years of recent ICU experience in a hospital setting
Certification in BLS, ACLS, and NIHF
Other Requirements:
Willingness to float to various inpatient units including ICU, Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Emergency Department
Availability for flexible scheduling including every other weekend and holiday shifts as needed
Participation in orientation, including virtual training and unit-specific onboarding
Must adhere to all facility policies, including nicotine-free environment
