We are looking for skilled RNs to provide exceptional patient care on our night shift at our Olathe, KS facility. What You Bring to the Table:
Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Critical Care or ICU
Proficiency with CRRT, BiPAPs, drawing own labs, Chest Tubes, PICC, and conducting own codes (must be comfortable with emergency protocols)
Valid Kansas RN license or a compact license with BLS, ACLS, and NIHF certifications
Ability to float seamlessly across ICU, Med/Surg, Tele, and ED units
Strong critical thinking skills and excellent communication abilities
Additional Skills That Boost Your Profile:
Experience with vascular access teams
Prior experience in a high-volume, fast-paced hospital environment
Comfort working independently with minimal supervision
Flexibility to work every other weekend and holiday shifts as needed
Preferred Education & Experience:
Active RN license in Kansas or a compact state
At least 2 years of recent ICU or critical care experience
Other Requirements:
Mandatory orientation including combined in-person and virtual training sessions
Willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a 12-hour schedule
No on-call requirements; some holiday shifts required based on unit needs
Must work through the period of the 2026 World Cup with minimal time off
Ability to float across multiple inpatient units as needed
Ability to work at the main campus in Olathe, KS starting on April 26, 2026
