Registered Nurse – Critical Care / ICU – Olathe, KS

Experience: Minimum 2 years recent ICU / Critical Care experience, including CRRT, Bipaps, labs, Chest Tubes, PICC, and code response

What You’ll Do
Provide critical and inpatient care for ICU patients, including those on CRRT, Bipaps, and PICC lines
Monitor and draw labs, manage chest tubes, and conduct own codes confidently
Float across ICU and inpatient units such as Med/Surg, Tele, and ED as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Follow facility protocols and adhere to safety standards at a nicotine-free, reputable hospital
Maintain thorough documentation in EPIC electronic medical record system
What You Need
Required:
Valid Kansas RN license or Compact License
BLS, ACLS, NIHF certifications
At least 2 years recent ICU/Critical Care experience, including complex procedures like CRRT and code response
Preferred:
Experience with ED and various inpatient units
Ability to float and adapt in fast-paced environments
