What You’ll Bring:
Minimum of 1 year recent Telemetry experience, with hands-on skills in TR Band procedures, cardiac drips (including Heparin, Lasix, Cardizem), and Tikosyn/Sotalol initiation
Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring, patient assessment, and emergency response
Ability to float across various acute care units
Valid Kansas RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) every other weekend and participate in holiday coverage as needed
Additional Skills That Stand Out:
2-5 years of telemetry experience
Experience with Epic EMR system
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in cardiac care or ICU settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher
Proven track record of delivering compassionate patient care in acute settings
Relevant certifications in advanced cardiac life support
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work scheduled holidays, including Memorial Day and July 4th
Commitment to maintaining a nicotine-free workplace
Ability to start on or after April 26, 2026, with a comprehensive orientation program
