What You Bring to the Table:
Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience
Valid BLS & ACLS certifications
Excellent clinical skills with attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to adapt and remain calm under pressure
Bonus Points for:
Experience working in EP or other specialized areas
Additional certifications or training relevant to invasive cardiovascular procedures
Preferred Education & Experience:
Active RN license in good standing
At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in Cath/IR settings
Prior experience with a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to float between Cath, IR, and EP units as needed
Flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts
On-call availability 1-2 times per week, including every 3rd to 4th weekend
Attendance at initial orientation and ongoing training sessions
Ability to comply with nicotine-free facility policies
