What You’ll Need:
Minimum of 1 year recent Telemetry nursing experience
Proficiency with TR Band’s post-procedure management
Experience with cardiac drips such as Heparin, Lasix, Cardizem, and others
Knowledge of Tikosyn/Sotalol initiation process
Valid Kansas RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
2-5 years of telemetry experience
Additional cardiac or ICU certifications
Previous experience with EPIC EMR system
Flexibility to float across acute care units as needed
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
At least 2 years of inpatient telemetry nursing experience in a similar facility
Other Requirements:
Night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts
36 hours per week, with a rotating weekend schedule
No on-call required
Willingness to float to all acute care units
Ability to start on 09/22/2025
Will attend orientation at KUKC Campus, with additional facility-specific training
COVID-19 vaccination status in accordance with facility policy
