Temp - RN - CCU (Nights) Marshall, MI
Join our team as a dedicated Registered Nurse in the Critical Care Unit (CCU) specializing in night shifts. As a vital member of our nursing staff, you will provide expert care to critically ill patients, ensuring safety, comfort, and high-quality treatment during overnight hours. Required Skills
Superior oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in listening, understanding, and clearly articulating complex information.
Strong deductive and inductive reasoning abilities.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
High level of concentration and selective attention to detail.
Ability to efficiently switch between multiple tasks and activities.
Excellent manual dexterity for managing IV lines, syringes, and medical equipment.
Skill in recognizing patterns of numbers, pictures, words, and mathematical operations, including medication calculations.
Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and staff, demonstrating cultural and spiritual sensitivity.
Self-motivated with minimal supervision, capable of managing time effectively.
Nice to Have Skills
Advanced certifications in critical care or emergency nursing.
Experience in a CCU or ICU setting.
Bilingual abilities to better serve diverse patient populations.
Familiarity with specialized medical technology.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of recent critical care nursing experience.
Current and valid RN license in the State of Michigan.
Other Requirements
Possession of relevant state and national certifications such as BLS, ACLS.
Willingness to work night shifts starting from 02/23/2026.
Ability to travel for training or assignment-related needs if applicable.
Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other eligible expenses.
