Required Skills:
  • Current Georgia RN licensure and relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS)
  • Proven ability to provide relationship-based, patient-centered care
  • Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new units, procedures, and electronic systems
  • Effective time management and priority-setting skills

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience in critical care, emergency, or similar fast-paced units
  • Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Bilingual skills to support diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:
  • Availability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:15 PM – 7:45 AM)
  • Every other weekend and 2 major, 2 minor holidays
  • Willingness to travel across units within the hospital
  • Completion of orientation hours (non-billable) and adherence to scheduling policies
