Required Skills:
Valid Georgia RN license and multi-state compact license if applicable
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Proficiency in utilizing healthcare technology and electronic health records
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
Ability to respond decisively in fast-paced, emergency situations
Effective time management and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills:
NIHSS certification
Previous experience in acute care, critical care, or emergency settings
Experience working in a hospital or multidisciplinary team environment
Bilingual abilities preferred but not required
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience, including clinical rotations
Experience working in diverse patient populations and settings
Other Requirements:
Availability for night shifts (7:45 PM - 7:15 AM) working every other weekend and two major/minor holidays
Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, variable environment
Commitment to ongoing professional development and competency validation
Proof of necessary licensure, certifications, and compliance with healthcare regulations
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $46.90, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
