Pay Rate: Competitive pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill ICU patients
Monitor patient vitals and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Float between ICU and Stepdown/PCU units as needed
Adhere to hospital protocols and safety regulations during all duties
What You Need
Valid Missouri RN license and current BLS, ACLS, NIHSSEMR certifications
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience, preferably in trauma or neuro care
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to float between units and work independently in a fast-paced environment
