Registered Nurse - PCU Night Shift – Liberty, MO

License/Certs: Active RN license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Experience: Minimum 1-year PCU RN experience; high acuity drip experience preferred, including arterial lines, Bipap-Airvo, etc.

What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry/step-down setting (PCU)
Monitor and manage high-acuity patients with complex needs
Administer medications, including drips and high-alert medications
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Respond to emergent situations and assist in intervention as necessary
Float as needed, with prior notice, to support other units when required
What You Need:
Valid RN license in Missouri or reciprocity
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
Minimum 1 year of PCU RN experience
Strong clinical skills with high acuity patient experience
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and participate in holiday coverage
