Join Our Healthcare Team as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to telemetry patients in a fast-paced environment
Monitor patient health status and respond promptly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
Assist in patient education and discharge planning
Required Skills:
Valid RN license with active certification
BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum of 1 year of telemetry nursing experience
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
Nice to Have Skills:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Additional certifications relevant to patient care or emergency response
Flexibility to adapt to various shift schedules
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
At least one year of telemetry RN experience in a hospital setting
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts from 18:45 to 07:15
Ability to work every other weekend and holidays
Ability to float and adapt to different units as needed
Candidates must be nicotine-free; facility maintains a drug-free environment
Position Details:
Hourly Pay Rate: Competitive, with a bill rate of $85/hour before administrative fees
Location: Liberty, MO (specific address: 2525 Glenn Hendren Dr, Liberty, MO 64068)
Shift: 12-hour night shifts, scheduled from 18:45 to 07:15
Duration: 13-week assignment with weekly pay via direct deposit
