What You’ll Need:
Minimum of 1 year of Telemetry RN experience
Valid RN license in good standing
BLS and ACLS certifications
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (18:45 – 07:15)
Flexibility to float between units and work every other weekend
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Commitment to maintaining a nicotine-free environment
Additional Skills That Are a Plus:
BSN degree
Experience with electronic medical records
Familiarity with hospital protocols and patient safety standards
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
At least one year of telemetry or critical care nursing experience
Proven track record of providing exceptional patient care in fast-paced settings
Other Requirements:
Must hold valid licensure, BLS, and ACLS certifications
Willingness to work holidays as needed
Ability to adhere to facility policies and standards
No travel or special reimbursements required beyond standard licensure certification
