Required Skills:
Active Kansas Registered Nursing License
Valid BLS certification
Minimum of 1+ year recent acute care experience as an MS RN
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
Ability to adapt to various clinical environments
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience in medical-surgical or step-down units
Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Flexibility to float between Medical Floor and Step Down Units
Passion for continuous learning and professional growth
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Proven track record in acute care settings with at least one year of recent experience
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Availability for weekend and holiday duty as needed
Ability to adapt to floating requirements across units
Must meet all licensure, certification, and legal compliance requirements
