What You’ll Need:
Minimum of 1+ year recent experience as an MS RN in acute care settings
Charge nurse experience preferred
Active Kansas Registered Nursing License
BLS certification
Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and adaptability
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in medical floors or step-down units
Prior travel or float pool nursing experience
Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS
Preferred Education and Experience:
Valid Kansas RN license
Proven track record of reliable, high-quality patient care in fast-paced environments
Other Requirements:
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00
Availability for weekend and holiday shifts as needed
Floating to various units based on staffing needs
Compensation & Benefits:
