What You’ll Bring to the Role:
Current Kansas RN license and certifications including NHISS, ACLS, and BLS
Minimum of 1 year RN experience in a large facility setting
Critical care experience, including ICU or Med/Surg units
Proficiency with ventilators and titration drips
Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
Additional Skills That Are a Plus:
Experience working in ICO units
Ability to adapt to floating requirements within ICU settings
Prior experience with complex patient care and emergency response
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Educational background consistent with RN licensure
Proven track record in critical care or ICU environments
Flexibility to help cover holidays and on-call shifts as needed
Other Requirements:
Must hold an active Kansas RN license and certifications
Willingness to work scheduled night shifts, including weekends and holidays
No travel required, but reimbursements for licensure, certification, or travel expenses will be provided where applicable
