Required Skills:
Minimum of 1 year RN experience in a large healthcare facility
Critical Care experience, including ICU, Med/Surg, or ventilator management
Proficiency with titration drips and ventilator support
Valid Kansas RN license
Current certifications: NHISS, ACLS, BLS
Ability to adapt to floating assignments within ICU and Intermediate Care units
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working with complex cases and diverse patient populations
Advanced critical care certifications
Familiarity with hospital protocols and electronic health record systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Prior experience in ICU or critical care units
At least 1 year of recent critical care nursing experience
Other Requirements:
Availability to work 12-hour night shifts from 1845 to 0715
Flexibility to cover every other weekend and assist with holiday staffing
Ability to float between units as needed
No travel required; local license and certifications must be current
Hourly Pay Rate: $0.00 (Competitive pay packages and weekly direct deposit available)
