Required Skills:
Valid and active registered nurse license in the applicable state
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Nice to Have Skills:
Bilingual abilities
Experience in acute care, critical care, or specialized nursing fields
BLS and ACLS certifications
Prior experience working in high-pressure environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience in a clinical setting
Other Requirements:
Must be willing to work a 12-hour shift schedule
Ability to travel if required
Successful background check and immunization verification
Certification in basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) preferred
