Key Responsibilities:

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training sessions to continually enhance patient care standards.
Qualifications:
Valid and current Registered Nurse license in the state of Kansas or the ability to obtain licensure.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical software.
BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications may be preferred depending on the department.
