Shift: Nights, 7pm - 7am (rotating weekends)
Hours per Week: 36-40

Licenses/Certifications: Kansas RN license required; BLS, ACLS, Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP), PALS, and Fetal Heart Monitoring required within specified timeframes
Experience: New grads welcome; previous labor/delivery experience preferred but not required
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00 – $36.50
Shift Differentials: Evening ($2.30/h), Night ($3.75/h), Weekend ($3.00/h)

What You’ll Do
Provide direct patient care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum
Monitor fetal heart rates and respond to fetal distress
Administer medications, IVs, and assist with procedures as needed
Educate patients on postpartum care and newborn health
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe delivery and high-quality patient outcomes
Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic medical records
Support patients and families through labor and delivery process
What You Need
Valid Kansas RN license
BLS certification (required within two weeks)
ACLS, PALS, NRP, and Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications (will need to obtain within specified timeframes)
Prior experience in labor and delivery nursing preferred but not mandatory
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work nights and rotating weekends
