Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Temp Registered Nurse specializing in Interventional Radiology, where you'll deliver vital patient care within a cutting-edge cardiovascular lab environment. Required Skills:
Valid RN license in the state of New York
Proven experience in acute care, emergency, or interventional radiology settings
Strong knowledge of IR procedures, vascular access, and patient care protocols
Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Cerner or McKesson EMR systems
Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and HD up-to-date venipuncture/cannulation skills
Prior experience in a Level I Trauma setting
Knowledge of nephrostomy, gastrostomy, and jejunostomy management
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, preferably in interventional radiology, cardiology, or vascular access specialties
Knowledge of hospital protocols and safety standards
Other Requirements:
COVID-19 vaccination mandatory; proof must be uploaded with profile
Compliance with hospital dress code: provided scrubs
Ability to work days, including weekends and holidays, with available emergency on-call support
Travel or licensure-related reimbursements as applicable
