Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care Unit (PCU) (Nights) — Coos Bay, OR

Required Skills:
Valid Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
Proven experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a PCU or similar unit
Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Flexibility to float to MCU, PSU, or APU units as needed
Nice to Have Skills:
BLS/ACLS certification
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Prior experience working night shifts or in a similar fast-paced environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN) preferred
Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience in a PCU or related setting
Other Requirements:
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a consistent schedule
Must be able to float to related units (Municipal Care Unit, Psychiatric Services Unit, Acute Patient Units) as needed
Current licensure and certifications in good standing in Oregon
Willingness to adhere to all facility and healthcare regulations
