Exciting Opportunity: Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) (Nights) Bay City, MI

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Valid RN license in the state of Michigan
Proven experience in ICU or critical care settings
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
Competence in utilizing evidence-based practices
Nice to Have Skills:
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Previous experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Training in patient education and discharge planning
Leadership or mentoring experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree
Minimum of 2 years of critical care nursing experience
Experience working night shifts and handling complex ICU cases
Other Requirements:
Reliable transportation to and from the facility
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Willingness to adhere to all healthcare regulations, certifications, and hospital policies
Certifications such as TI (if applicable) or additional specialized training are a plus
