Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health (Days) Alpena, MI

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
Proven experience in home health, pediatric, adult, or geriatric nursing.
Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills.
Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
Competence in diverse nursing procedures and standards.
Nice to Have Skills:
Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Bilingual abilities to facilitate communication with a diverse patient population.
Prior experience in community health or outpatient settings.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in home health or community-based care.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work weekday daytime schedules.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as travel within the service area may be required.
Current CPR certification.
Willingness to work independently in the field.
