Registered Nurse - Critical Care in Weymouth, MA

What You’ll Do
Provide direct patient care for critically ill patients in ICU/CCU settings
Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to clinical changes within Q1H or more frequently
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols
Assist with patient education and family communication as needed
What You Need Required:
Active Massachusetts RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum of 2 years of ICU/CCU experience
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Preferred:
Experience in trauma, surgical, neuro, cardiac, or OB units
Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment
